my mom have already use up 2 x HDB loan before. Her last flat was sold approx 6 years ago and we are staying in a HDB rental flat. there are a total of 8 of us. Being the eldest (now I am 23years old) and having a stable job with PSA for 2 years now drawing 2700/month.. i would like to purchase a flat for our family. Please adv if possible? my mom will be as occupier only. my Sister who is 22 will be joining me to apply for the flat. we cannot afford a bank loan as the downpayment is 20%. Please help
